Good to know

  • Reserve by phone or email; email is recommended as staff may be unavailable by phone during brewing (0296-55-0005 / info@komei.co.jp).
  • About 30 minutes. Tours run Monday to Saturday, 9:00-17:00 (closed Sundays and holidays).
  • Tasting of basically all products is free. The koji room is not open to visitors.
  • Up to about 10 people are guided at once; larger groups are split.
