- Thursday to Monday (closed Tue/Wed) at 11:30, 13:30 and 15:30. Some days, such as the year-end holidays, are unavailable.
- English printed materials are available, but tours cannot be given in a foreign language.
- There is no heating or cooling inside, so it is cold in winter; slippers or a white coat may be required.
