- Weekdays only (not weekends or holidays). Two tours a day (10:30 and 14:30), about 30 minutes, 10 people each
- Book at least 2 days ahead by phone (070-4816-1978, weekdays 9:00-16:30) or web form. Check in at the shop 15 minutes before
- Guided in Japanese only. Guests 20 and over get a mini wine; it cannot be given to those under 20. Under-20s cannot join without an adult aged 20 or over
- No tours over the New Year period. Production lines may not be running on the day
