Good to know

  • Memorial Hall 10:00–16:00; Kizakura Shop 10:00–20:00. Both close on Tuesdays (Wednesday if Tuesday is a holiday) and on Dec 31 and Jan 1.
  • This is a museum with models, videos and panels on traditional brewing, not a tour of a working brewery. The shop also sells sake by the glass. Brewery tours are held at the separate Fushimigura facility (reservation required).
  • 7 minutes' walk from Keihan Chushojima or Fushimi-Momoyama Station. The Kizakura Sakaba restaurant keeps different hours: weekdays 11:30–14:30 and 17:00–21:30.
