- Tours are for 2 to 8 people and take roughly 40 to 60 minutes.
- Tours start between 9:00 and 16:00, with no bookings from 12:00 to 13:00. No tours on the Monday-Wednesday closing days or over the year-end holidays.
- A souvenir is optional at 400 yen each. No tour fee appeared on the official pages I could read.
- Requests made on weekends, holidays or after 15:00 are answered on the next weekday. For a weekend or holiday visit, book by 15:00 on a weekday beforehand.
