- A winter-only early-morning tour runs on several dates from 3 October to 25 December 2026 (7:40-9:10, about 90 minutes). It includes a view of the brewing, three seasonal sakes, a daily special and a 300 ml bottle to take home.
- Visitors are asked to come by public transport, to avoid natto from the day before, and to avoid strong perfume or fabric softener.
- The shop is open 10:00-17:00 (closed Sundays, holidays, Obon and the year-end holidays). Paid tasting (500 yen) needs no booking, but drivers are refused.
