Good to know
- Reservation for about 10 to 40 people. Tour hours 10:00-12:00 and 13:00-16:00
- Closed weekends and holidays (all days in August and December). Booking opens two months ahead, via form, phone 0595-52-1153 or fax
- Basic course: a 20-minute brewing video and tasting at the shop. The sake-server tasting costs 500 yen for three sakes and includes an original sake cup
- Drivers cannot taste. The hall is on the 2nd floor with steep stairs and no lift
