- Book by form, email or phone (0595-23-3040) with date and time, group size, a representative's name and phone number. No same-day or walk-in tours.
- Bookable slots are 10:00-12:00 and 14:00-17:00 on weekdays and Saturdays. Up to 15 people. Closed Sundays, New Year and mid-August.
- From mid-October to early March the brewery asks visitors to refrain, as it is the brewing season. 27 October 2026 falls in that period.
- Tasting on request only. Not available to those who drove, rode a motorbike or bicycle, under-20s, or pregnant or nursing visitors.
