Good to know

• The official FAQ says visits are strictly by advance booking, by phone (072-472-0032) or the dedicated booking site.
• Basic tasting within the tour course is free, starting with the recommended sake and then a few more. Some high-end sakes may be charged.
• Drivers and people under 20 are not served alcohol (brewing water is offered instead). Children can join the tour.
• Request foreign-language guidance when booking. The saved text does not explicitly confirm whether English guidance is available.
• The group guide gives about 60 minutes and says tours are generally declined in December. No individual price was on the official pages I read, and the booking site currently showed no bookable menu.
• The shop is open 10:00-17:00 on weekdays and 10:00-16:00 on weekends and holidays, with irregular closures. Visitors are asked to avoid natto and citrus on the morning of the visit.
• The old wooden building has steps and narrow passages. Wheelchair users should ask when booking.
