At the foot of Mt. Asama, daily tours include a tasting tour of vineyards, a Japanese garden and the private underground cellar, plus a shorter cellar tour.
The taproom next to the head office of Matsumoto Brewery (founded 2016). The brewery itself is in Nomizo-nishi, Matsumoto; the taproom serves its craft beer, and the company runs other taprooms in the city.
Miyada Village, Nagano
The Minami Shinshu Beer (Ogna) brewery on the grounds of the Mars Komagatake Distillery at the foot of Mt. Komagatake. Ogna is served at the adjacent shop and bar.
A small brewery that started brewing in Senba, Shiojiri, in 2024. It makes fruit ales and Belgian-style beer and sells bottles at the brewery.

A sake tasting event for Nagano Prefecture. In 2026 it was held on September 24 at Hotel Metropolitan Nagano, and the prefecture said award-winning sakes from that day's Nagano sake competition would be offered in limited quantities. The next dates are not confirmed.
