- About 1 hour (30 min tour, 30-45 min tasting and shopping). Five tours a day (9:15, 10:30, 12:15, 13:45, 15:15), up to 50 each.
- Book online. Same-day bookings by phone only (0120-919-144); groups of 10+ also by phone.
- Under-20s may join but cannot taste or buy beer (juice is served). Drivers cannot taste.
- The shop is for tour participants only. No outside food or pets. Not barrier-free; wheelchair users should call in advance.
- Closed 31 Dec-3 Jan, plus occasional closures. The production line may be idle on some days; operating status is posted on the official X account.
