- Self-guided visits 9:00-16:00 need no booking and have no staff explanation.
- The guided course departs at 11:00, 13:30 and 14:30 and needs a booking (about 15 minutes).

- Drivers cannot taste. Visitors under 20 and those who are pregnant or nursing are also asked to refrain from tasting.
