Besides a guided brewery tour that explains the process step by step, there are the Sapporo Theater and a special Black Label tour. The brewery tour is announced as starting on 28 January 2026.

Good to know
- Sapporo Theater: about 40 min, daily except closures. Brewery tour: about 60 min, Wednesdays and Fridays. Perfect Tour: about 90 min, monthly (planned for the 4th Thursday) from 14:40.
- Web booking opens at 8:00 four weeks ahead and closes at 15:00 the day before; phone booking from four weeks ahead. Repeat bookings by the same person are not accepted.
- All guiding is in Japanese. Groups of 11+, wheelchair or stroller users, etc. must call in advance.
- Adults get 1-2 beers depending on the tour; minors get soft drinks. Drivers, cyclists/motorcyclists, under-20s and pregnant or nursing visitors are not served alcohol.
- Under-20s need an adult companion for the Theater and brewery tours. The Perfect Tour excludes under-20s and infants.
- Closed 27 Dec 2026 to 16 Feb 2027 for the year-end holidays and facility works (normal operation until 26 Dec).
