Good to know
- No reservation needed for the self-guided visit. Open every business day 11:00-18:00 (last entry 17:30), 15-30 minutes. Audio guide in Japanese, English, Korean and Chinese (Traditional/Simplified).
- The guided tour requires a reservation. Held on business days except Monday (when Monday is a public holiday it runs that day and is suspended the following Tuesday); first tour 11:30, about 55 minutes, 16 people. Web booking closes at 9:30 on the day; walk-ups are accepted until 20 minutes before start if seats remain.
- The guided tour is in Japanese only. Preschool children cannot join.
- Adults who do not drink get a non-alcoholic beer or soft drink. Junior high school students to under 20 and elementary school children get soft drinks.
- The monthly weekday Kuro Label The Perfect Tour (adults 3,000 yen, about 70 minutes) does not allow anyone under 20.
- The paid Tasting Hall is open 11:00-18:30 (last order 18:00), closed Dec 31. This is separate from the Sapporo Hokkaido Factory in Eniwa.
