Good to know
- About 90 minutes, up to 12 people.
- Japanese tours at 10:30 and 15:00 (plus 13:30 on Sundays). English tour at 14:00; none on Sundays.
- Ages 20 and over only. Under-20s and visitors with small children cannot join the tour. Children who do not join may wait in the Visitor Center only when accompanied by a responsible adult.
- Web booking opens 60 days ahead and closes 2 days before. Later bookings go by phone or email.
- Paid-tour guests taste at the end. Drivers, under-20s and pregnant or nursing visitors cannot taste.
- Closed on the 2nd Sunday of each month, Obon, the New Year and temporary closure days. Visitor Center 10:00-17:00.
