- Weekdays and Saturdays, 9:00-15:00. About 30-40 minutes (about 1 hour with tasting), up to 10 people per tour
- Book at least a week ahead by phone (0577-73-3333, weekdays 8:30-17:00) or email titled 'Sakagura kengaku kibo'. Your preferred time may not be possible
- Hygiene cap and shoe covers are worn. Avoid fermented foods such as natto and strongly scented products on the day
