Good to know
- Takes about 40 to 60 minutes. A self-paced exhibit-style course.
- Book at least 3 days ahead by inquiry form or phone. Reservations are taken on weekdays, 9:00 to 16:30.
- Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Weekend and holiday tours are only for groups of 15 or more (up to 30).
- Anyone who wants to taste must not drive. Visitors who are intoxicated are not admitted. Visitors are asked not to eat natto on the day.
