- The brewery-interior course (about 1.5 hours) runs Nov-Mar only, Mon/Fri/Sat (excluding holidays) at 15:00. Under-20s may not join; it involves stairs to the 3rd floor, no elevator.
- Premium tasting course (45 min): Apr-Oct daily at 11:00 and 15:00; Nov-Mar daily at 11:00 (15:00 only Tue/Wed/Thu/Sun/holidays).
- Booking for individual courses opens one month ahead on the reservation site; group-course enquiries open three months ahead. Same-day entry by phone if seats remain. Same-day cancellation costs 100% of the fee.
- No tasting for those who arrive by car, motorbike or bicycle. Minors may accompany guests on tasting courses and receive non-alcoholic drinks.
